No Use by Children
The Site is not directed to, nor intended for use by, children (defined as anyone age twelve (12) or younger). Children should not use the Site nor submit any information to Operator.
What Information is Collected
There are two general types of information that can be collected as a result of your use of the Site: (1) Personally Identifiable Information (such as your first and last name, home or other physical address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, other identifiers that permit physical or online contact with you, or any information about you collected online and maintained in personally identifiable form in combination with any of the preceding categories) (“PII”), and (2) aggregate information (such as your IP address – a number used to identify your computer when you are on the Internet – the type of browser you are using, or other device-specific information).
How is Information Collected
Operator collects information both actively and passively. For example, Operator will collect information about you that you voluntarily provide on the Site. In addition to information provided directly by you, Operator and third parties with features at the Site may collect aggregate information through the use of “cookies” or by other electronic means. In general, a cookie is a small amount of data sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. With most browsers or other software, you can erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. You can refer to the instructions for your browser to learn more about these functions. If you choose to reject cookies, the Site likely will not operate as efficiently for you.
Personally Identifiable Information
Certain features available within the Site will require you to submit PII about yourself as a condition of participation. Some of the features may be offered by Operator, while others may be offered by third parties. (For example, you may be required to submit PII in order to enter a contest conducted by Operator, or you may be required to submit PII in order to receive news updates by email from a third party news source.) In addition, Operator may ask you to provide PII for purposes unrelated to the use of a feature within the Site. IN ALL CASES, YOU CAN ALWAYS REFUSE TO PROVIDE PII, BUT THIS MAY RESULT IN DECREASED FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SITE FOR YOU AND LIMIT YOUR ABILITY TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT MAY BE OF PARTICULAR INTEREST TO YOU. In general, the use of Personal Information you choose to submit to a third party in connection with your use of the Site will be controlled by the privacy practices of the third party and not this Policy.
Ownership and Use of Information
ANY INFORMATION COLLECTED BY OPERATOR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE – REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CHARACTERIZED AS PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OR AGGREGATE – WILL BELONG EXCLUSIVELY TO OPERATOR AND MAY BE USED, MAINTAINED, UPDATED, DISCLOSED OR SOLD BY OPERATOR AS DESIRED IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. OPERATOR MAY CHOOSE TO DISCLOSE NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, THE CONSUMER, TO A THIRD PARTY FOR COMPENSATION
Third-Party Advertising and Links to Other Sites
The Site may include forums (such as message boards, chat rooms, comment boards, and reviews) that enable users to post a comment or communicate with each other. Operator is under no obligation to moderate or edit the forums and will not be responsible for the content or use of any material posted on any forum within the Site. Operator retains the right to delete at any time and for any or no reason any material posted within the Site.
Questions concerning the Statement or the Site, including any request to review or change your Personal Information, should be directed to email@example.com

Liability Release & Waiver
INDIVIDUALS: THE TERMS “YOU,” “YOUR,” AND “YOURS” REFERS TO YOU, THE INDIVIDUAL PERSON REGISTERING FOR A FANTASY SPORTS-CON EVENT OR USING FANTASY SPORTS-CON WEBSITE. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR ANOTHER PERSON, THEN YOU MUST ASK THEM TO AGREE TO READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION, AND GIVE THEM THEIR PRINTED TICKET THAT INCORPORATES THESE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION. BY REGISTERING FOR, ATTENDING, VOLUNTEERING, OR PARTICIPATING IN FANTASY SPORTS-CON, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND TO THE LIABILITY RELEASE & WAIVER INCLUDED HERE. IF AT ANY TIME YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE YOUR PARTICIPATION.
By purchasing, obtaining or using a Fantasy Sports-Con badge you agree to the following:
By registering for a paid or complimentary Fantasy Sports-Con badge you agree not to sell, trade, transfer or share your complimentary code, email confirmation, or badge. In the event that Fantasy Sports-Con determines that you have violated this policy, Fantasy Sports-Con has the right to cancel your entire badge order and keep any money paid by you.
Confirmations and/or badges that have been sold or provided by anyone other than Fantasy Sports-Con will not be honored by Fantasy Sports-Con. You must wear and display your badge at all times while onsite and at any official Fantasy Sports-Con event. All badges are the property of Fantasy Sports-Con and must be relinquished to Fantasy Sports-Con upon request. Fantasy Sports-Con reserves the right to refuse admission, to refuse service and/or to cancel/revoke your Member ID and/or badge at Fantasy Sports-Con’s discretion.
Fantasy Sports-Con may perform any of the following validation of badges on entry to any area of the convention. These measures are an effort to prevent illegal badge duplication and unauthorized reselling. Fantasy Sports-Con may scan a barcode, require a photo ID that matches the name on the badge, scan RFID embedded in the badge, and examine the badge with other technological and/or physical methods to verify authenticity of the badge and holder. Before leaving any registration area please make sure that the name on the badge matches your identification.
I understand that I must register an individual name for each badge and that each name must match a legal photo ID. If Fantasy Sports-Con determines that you have purchased more than one badge in your name for any day, Fantasy Sports-Con has the right to cancel your duplicate badge(s) and issue you a refund less fees, in Fantasy Sports-Con's sole discretion.
You must register for a Fantasy Sports-Con Member ID in order to be entitled to purchase and register a badge. Children (age 12 and under) may not register for a Fantasy Sports-Con Member ID. Everyone who intends to purchase, apply, or register for a Fantasy Sports-Con badge must have a valid and confirmed Fantasy Sports-Con Member ID. This includes attendees, volunteers, professionals, guests of professionals, retailers, panel key contacts, exhibitor main contacts, staff, and members of the press.
Although Fantasy Sports-Con makes efforts to ensure the purchase of badges is easy, efficient, and equitable, Fantasy Sports-Con makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that, by logging onto the Fantasy Sports-Con website with a Fantasy Sports-Con Member ID, you are entitled to or will be able to purchase a badge. Due to the limited number of badges and the large volume of Fantasy Sports-Con attendees, badges are sold as long as they are available. Please be advised that Fantasy Sports-Con badges sell out very quickly. Not all persons eligible to purchase a badge will be able to purchase a badge. Additionally, Fantasy Sports-Con makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that the Fantasy Sports-Con website will function properly throughout the badge sales process. In the event that the Fantasy Sports-Con website malfunctions, Fantasy Sports-Con will try to rectify the problem in a timely fashion. Notwithstanding, by using the Fantasy Sports-Con website you agree that IN NO EVENT SHALL Fantasy Sports-Con, ITS PRINCIPALS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE BADGE SALE AND REGISTRATION PROCESS.
This policy does not apply to purchasing different single day badges or upgrades. For example, if you purchased a Thursday and Sunday badge during Returning Registration and you later use your Member ID to purchase a Friday, Saturday, and Preview Night badge, your original Thursday and Sunday badge purchase will not be canceled. Only purchases of badges with overlapping dates will be subject to automatic cancelation and refund.

We reserve the right to evaluate each case and apply policies where fit.
